My name is Lynnie and I am an Inner Child. Every single person in the whole world has an Inner Child of their very own, no matter how old they are. I also have a more grown-up part and her name is Lynn.
About the Author
Lynn Rosencrantz is the author of the Lynnie An Inner Child series of books. The fifteen stories and companion products explore the Inner Child concept within us all and are for anyone interested in locating their own Inner Child. These products are for children ages eight and above and Inner Children of all ages.
Lynn Rosencrantz has spent her entire life growing up! She began this process in Portland, Oregon with her parents, sisters, extended family and friends. The early years were spent playing, mostly outside,and with great imagination. She went on to graduate from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in Special Education and she taught both the deaf and hard-of-hearing. She married and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, and continued to teach and simulcast a local news show. During those years, she also earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Counseling. She and her husband have two children.
Around age forty, Lynn found her Inner Child, Lynnie. One afternoon, while sitting on a beach, Lynn was prepared to make a journal entry when she felt moved to write like a child. At that very moment, Lynnie was discovered. The first story written, then the second, then the third and now there are fifteen. Lynnie has taught Lynn to laugh and play like a child. She has proven that she need never be alone in her sorrow. She continues to love her imperfection and reminds Lynn daily that self-esteem is developed by doing for others, by being accepting and tolerant, and by living with God in your heart. Her products pass this message on to the consumer.
Lynn met Cindy Williams in 2000, while they both served on the Children’s Miracle Network Board. Together, they formed Lynnie An Inner Child, LLC. As partners in this company, they have created a product line that is imaginative and healing for children and adults of all ages everywhere in the world.
