| Aromatherapy Properties: Called the sunshine oil, because of it’s uplifting properties. It is rejuvenating and refreshing. It’s aroma inspires energy, clarity of the mind and feelings of renewal. |
| Suggested Uses: Lemon oil can be used in a variety of situations. It can be used primarily for chronic fatigue, early in the morning sprinkle it in a hot shower or tub to help wake up and feel energized for the day. Use mid-day to help improve concentration and decrease risk of error due to poor concentration and distraction. Lemon oil can be mixed with distilled water and misted into the air as a natural air freshener or sprayed directly on counter-tops and stainless steel pans for cleaning. Apply sparingly, neat on a cotton ball to oily areas of the face. (Test a small area of the skin on the forearm first to test for sensitivity.) |
