| Suggested Uses: Lime oil can be used in a variety of situations. It can be used primarily for chronic fatigue, early in the morning sprinkle it in a hot shower or tub to help “wake up” and feel energized for the day. Use mid-day to help improve concentration and decrease risk of error due to poor concentration and distraction. Lemon oil can be mixed with distilled water and misted into the air as a natural air freshener or sprayed directly on counter-tops and stainless steel pans for cleaning. Apply sparingly, neat on a cotton ball to oily areas of the face. (Test a small area of the skin on the forearm first to test for sensitivity). |

Any of the citrus oils may have too strong an aroma for small children or individuals with chronic lung conditions, consult the proper medical specialist prior to using.
