Aromatherapy Properties: Refreshing, restorative, nerve tonic, mental
stimulant. Medicinally, peppermint is used for headaches, muscle soreness and
joint aches, sinusitis, nausea and stomach cramps. It is a natural insect
repellent and is very strong in masking odors. |

Suggested Uses: Peppermint drops sprinkled in the shower is extremely
refreshing in the morning or after a work-out. Peppermint oil can be used neat
on the skin for headaches and muscle/joint aches or can be diluted in a carrier
oil for more sensitive skin types. One drop can be massaged on each temple area
and forehead to help eliminate headaches. |

Note: May cause mild skin irritation when
used neat, however, peppermint can be diluted in carrier oils or
distilled water for
