Aromatherapy Properties: Strengthening, cleansing, restorative,
refreshing, mentally stimulating. Medicinally, pine oil is used for sore muscles
and joints, poor circulation, gout, sinusitis, colds, fatigue and stress related
conditions. |

Suggested Uses: Pine oil diluted in distilled water can be misted into a
room to immediately freshen. Sprinkle a few drops in a shower to produce a minty
steam for upper respiratory conditions. Sprinkle a few drops on an absorbent
ornament and hang on an artificial Christmas tree to give the aroma of a natural
tree. |

Blends Well With: Eucalyptus, lavender, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, lemon
and frankincense. |
| Safety
Note: May cause mild skin irritation when
used neat, however, pine can be diluted in carrier oils for
use directly on skin. Do not use pine with babies, toddlers
and older children. Always test on a small area of skin for
sensitivity. Pregnant women should consult their physician prior
