| Suggested Uses: Diffuse generally in a fan diffuser. Use 10 - 15 drops in a warm bath just prior to going to bed to help induce sleep. In others, it may cause an opposite effect of being stimulating and uplifting. Use for centering and meditating. |
| Blends Well With: Rose, jasmine, sandalwood, ylang ylang and lavender. |
