If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding all shipping costs). RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Stress Dynamics, LLC is happy to return and/or exchange our products if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our guarantee policy states that products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in resalable condition in order to obtain a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). Items that are defective can be promptly exchanged or refunded within 60 days including shipping costs.
Items kept past the 30-day guarantee period or items found to be defective after 60 days will not be refunded or exchanged. In some instances, the manufacturer of a product offers a more lengthy warranty. In those cases, the staff at Stress Dynamics, LLC will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for a replacement.
RETURN PROCESS
Many product issues can be resolved without returning them. Therefore, no item will be accepted without a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number. Please contact us either by sending an email to shopkeeper@stressdynamics.com or by phoning 1-866-638-7619 to obtain a RMA number before returning the merchandise. You will receive a verification from the staff at Stress Dynamics, LLC within three business days and in most cases receive a full refund within one billing cycle. Exchanges are promptly sent within two business day of receiving returned merchandise.

SALES TAX
Stress Dynamics, LLC is located in the state of Georgia and by law is required to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to a Georgia address. Sales tax will apply to your purchase at the rate your Georgia County assesses. Adjustments (both up and down) will be applied to your credit card when necessary.
