| Aromatherapy Properties: Sedative, soothing, calming, tonic to nerves, grounding, protective and uplifting. May be too emotionally stimulating for someindividuals. Medicinally, vetiver is used for acne, cuts, arthritis, muscular aches, nervous tension and insomnia. |
| Suggested Uses: Diffuse generally in a fan diffuser. Use 10 - 15 drops in a warm bath just prior to going to bed to help induce sleep. In others, it may cause an opposite effect of being stimulating and uplifting. Use for centering and meditating. |
| Blends Well With: Rose, jasmine, sandalwood, ylang ylang and lavender. |
