| Suggested Uses: Ylang ylang works best in subtle doses, so you need only use 2-3 drops in any diffusion method. Use in the bedroom or bath just before bedtime to help induce a restful sleep. Ylang ylang can also be added to unscented skin and hair products to promote shiny, healthy hair and smooth skin. |
